novak rooster 12T problem

I'm talking about newer rooster. old rooster still works great
I got my first one at 4th May for a 540 race. the issue was the reverse. it ran well and break was fine. but didn't go backward after 2 weeks then
I went back to my local rally track with the replacement and another one that I bought last week. then.. new one burned and the replacement went to forward only ESC. gearing was was 10.536 I think very safe. and the track is located very cool area. so, the temp. was not a problem
what's wrong with Novak? my old Novak ESCs are still working great. even $70 SP brushless ESC with 10.5T works fine. and $40 HARD racing ESC has no issue for months. but I got 3 broken rooster 12T this year. and I cannot remember I got any broken novak except when I soldered wrong a couple of years ago. damn
I finished the race with 410HPc and put burned rooster 12T back to take the pictures. there is a protective film between the ESC and the chassis just for a case. I usually to this on my RC10 runners
it's what I got after I ran it 5 minutes. also with smoke and boom
battery and battery cup.
I mailed to novak CS team today. let's see what comes next
