Has any one else had a problem with the left side out put saft on the gear box sticking out to far? the right side is flush but the left wont go in any farther and is causing the axle to bind up. Any way to fix this? Or is it one of those this you have to bite the bullet on?

More info would help....
If its old & all orignal & been ran you probably have dirt or old hardened greese thats blocking it from going in. This means you should tare the gear box out, clean everything & lube it back up & put it back in. (or you could cheat & spray soem carb or brake cleaner streight through the hole after removing both output shafts (dont loose the center pin) then soak a pipe cleaner & swab it back & forth... this should clean it out, but youll should realy go the other rout.
Now if someone tryed to lock the dif thats a different story....

Its the old not a re-re, i thought it may have been dirty too so i tore it apart and cleane it out real good and use white lithium grease so it wont get old and hard. It does it no matter what out puts i use, the originals or the dog bone conversons it still sticks out.

Every Frog I own has the left side output stick out a bit. I had a binding issue once and it was due to a worn out rear arm which had to much slop in it. Also make sure the axle shafts are seated all the way in and the bearings are seated all the way into the rear arm. Could be a suspension problem also. Stock shocks or ??,

i had stock ones on it but went with a little shorter ones to help out with the biding. I thought it was because of the a-arm too so i put new ones on it and it still binds. i wonder if i could shorten the out put shaft a little bit and that would take car of it.
