Just wanted to let the members know and who remember LiquorBoxRacing (Tim) that I have acquired his entire Boxter build and will be finishing it for him once it arrives.
I will continue to uphold the detail and standards he portrayed for this build since he has been unable to have the time to finish it after 3 yrs, and will post build pics as they occur. He and I have been communicating and are both very happy that this car will continue its' journey forward to completion, and will be well preserved within a 3rd glass cabinet I will be purchasing for it.
For those that did not know him here on the forums, here is his website with his RC10 Box-Art "Boxter" build portrayed beautifully.

You know Rod, I never thought of his name as nothing more than someone that loves his box of liquor...
but that sign you posted has me now thinking it might be a more colorful meaning altogether!

Good times! Where did you find that shirt Anthony? Regular customer????
Ruffy, will you pretty much make a clone of yours? Any changes to the build?

For right now I will try make it the way Tim intended it to be finished, so I won't be having the holes weld-filled and then re-ano'd like mine has but I will add the lower spring collars front and rear and other changes to get it as best as I can to the destination he had in mind.
He is sending everything so it will have both sets of shocks, but I intend to use the ones he had machined to remove the gold ano'. Three years in the waiting, this car's time to fullfillment is at hand.

Rare Day today where I have received the car from Tim arriving safe and sound, as well as the NIB Early Edinger #6016 kit!
It will take me a few days to get things sorted and some pictures uploaded, stay tuned!
