Quick question

Just got my ce rc10 in the mail that I won on ebay and have a quick question. I noticed that the dog bones are trying to come out of their sockets sometimes when i pick it up. Could this be a worn out spring or is this just a 'common problem'?

I still kinda new to this whole vintage rc10 scene and need some help finding replacement wheels. Can anyone point me in the right directions. I saw on the AE site that you can covert over to run the newer wheels except when I checked tower they didn't have the bearings needed for the change. Any other options?

that was a common problem, i feel. every one that i had dogbones in did that. the suspension drops to far and they come out. i put spacers on the shock shafts, inside the shock body. this will shorten the shock, thus bringing the suspension up. only use as many as you need to keep the dogbones from coming out. the other thing you can do before that is put the top of the shock in the inner most hole on the tower, and put the bottom of the shock in the outer most hole on the a-arm. try that before tearing the shocks apart.

im running the 3/16 axles conversion AE list on their site.i decided to go with rpm rear bearing carriers since i already had the fronts rpm.
you can only use the special rpm bearings though
