RC10 B1 on the way and Saying Hello

Well first and foremost I'd like to say hello to everyone...

I've recently found this great site from searching for RC10 info. I've been in RC since the 80's, my first purchase was a Tamiya Falcon, and I've owned many since. Now, I mostly collect the odd buggy and bash occasionally. I'm a member on Tamiyaclub (same name).

I have a new partially built RC10 B1 gold chassis on my way from a really nice older gentlemen who bought it in the 80's but never got around to finishing it - I will post pics hopefully tonight when I get it. I must say I've learned more about the rc10 on this site in the last few hours than the previous 10 years combined!!!

I've actually owned a few NIB RC10 B1's (6016, team/graphite) but had to sell for various financial reasons over the last few years.

My collection now consists of
NB RC10 B1 (ETA this evening)
NIB Tamiya Monster Beetle (on ebay)
NIB Tamiya Super Shot
NB Kyosho Turbo Optima
NB Tamiya Avante
and a few other Tamiya Re-releases (hotshot, frog, hornet)

Cheers!

I still need to dust it and complete the build. This is a Cadillac with a "A" stamp on bottom (I thought was unusual). It has an early nose piece.

Here Are some pics and thanks for any comments:

It's too bad the images are so small, I can't see all the details ( like the dust mites and pollen in the air   )

You are welcome

Would this qualify as one of these?:

"There are a few very rare non Edinger gold chassis out there with stamps on the bottom. I think the person doing the stamping that day let a few slip! "

Nice car! You might want to take it apart and get that hardware cleaned up to make it perfect. Welcome to the forum. :)
