With the help of Jeff Harris, I finally got both my bodies painted this weekend with my new scheme, using the same colors I've used for years.

This has allowed me to put my old original "back-up" bodies from 1994 back onto the two worlds cars I ran at the IFMAR Worlds in '93, in the glass cases.

I like them!! I can't seem to blend the old with the new in my paint ( although I wish I could )

This was an air-scoop version of the RCPS MirageSS that Cliff sent me a few of back in the day.

That make me think, do you have any other old race pics in your stash that you can post as possible inspiration?

When you brought the B4 body over I thought we were going to attempt something hard! Feel free to bring that paint scheme to the paint booth anytime. Good job duplicating it on the Mirage SS.

You know me Jeff, I like to make the easiest paint jobs possible, but that look good. My focus has always been on car setup and my paint jobs have always just been very simple, yet effective for me. Thank-you for your offer, your home setup is superb!
I already have to get more propellant! LOL.
I really need to get an adapter for my air tank, to use with my airbrush.

By the way, does anyone have any of the Green Reedy stickers like I use on my bodies they might want to part with, sell or trade?

Please let me know. I still have the small green Reedy shown on the new bodies, but I went through my stickers a few times and do not have the larger Green Reedy as I used on my body and wing being shelfed.

ruff, how many of the reedy decals do you need? what size?

Of the ones that Reedy Printed on that sheet, I need just two big ones at least ( the largest size on the sheets made).

The new paint looks awesome, It even looks good on the B4.

I Have a bunch of green that I never used. The original sheet came with green and orange decals. I use the orange decals on my paint scheme. If you have orange ones, I will trade! I'm sure I have at least 2 upper sheets of the green to trade! LMK!
