ULTIMA PRO CHASSIS

I had enough spare Ultima parts laying around to build a car up,so I bought a NIP UM-37 Ultima Pro chassis.
It's an alloy chassis and 99.9% of the other Pro's I've seen have graphite ones, what goes on here?
It's exactly the same as the chassis on this Pro-I actually bought it off the same guy selling this car...I plan on buying an alloy upper chassis from PARGU2000 to match it. :D

nice build mate! just like the optima mid custom, early ultima pro's were released with a alloy chassis then upgraded to a glass chassis in later kit's.

Oh,that's not my car-I just bought the chassis off the guy who is selling that Pro.
Here's mine-I gotta buy me a front bulkhead,so I can mount all the front end...I've only just started on it.
I'm really only building it so I can use all the Ultima parts I have left over from my Turbo Ultima restoration.

Thanks for clearing that up,it should look cool with an alloy top deck.

I heard another version earlier onhere: The alloy chassis was the standard for the first ultima pro (white body on box) in Europe and Japan. Only in the US a black grp chassis was standard.
The ultima pro in the black body box had a CRP chassis wich had a longer wheelbase. That one got known as the pro XL
