with that blue and white packaging it would have to be topcat surely!

Cougar. Cougar Club 10 also I believe.

The U224G were the front wheels of the Topcat-Cougar1 and the Procat.
But they also fit the Bosscat and the cougar2
These are still available at schumacher.
