this is a one off buds pace car. won the body off ebay years ago and mounted it on a new built bolink chassis. does anyone have a pics from any r/c car mags??? was told it was on the cover. here are my pics i have. the pic in the mag is buds race car not the same as my pace car.

I think Bud Bartos is on RC10talk. He may be able to offer more insight, I am not sure of his handle though. It may have been on a hyperdrive chassis at the time?

I contacted him said he sold the mag but really didn't tell me too much about the car.

Well it took me many years to finish off this build, but i finally found and installed the hyperdrive battery quick change.
