Need front tires/rims for Gold Pan #6010

I picked up a Gold Pan RC10 a while back and have not done much because I need a set of front rims/tires.
I'd like to pickup some inexpensive tires/rims to just get this buggy on the road....
If I had an opportunity to get the tri-spoke style original white rims with some kind of ribbed or spiked tire I'd do it.
What would I need to do to use a more common front tire/rim combo?
