Just got a new set of HOUGE ENTERPRISES RC10 Trailing Arm Kit #155

The instructions dont explain much Is it possible to mount this on a aluminium tub Is there a teplate for this

i went through this a few months ago. i know that the andy's trailing arms are long enough to mount on a tub chassis. the houge arms are, if i remember right, 3/4" shorter. the tub doesn't come back towards the trans far enough on the sides. you'd have to make a mount similar to the ones in the a&l kit for the tub chassis.

or get a houge chassis.

I'm pretty certain they won't fit the tub. They might fit the RC10 Graphite though. If they won't fit that you can send them my way. I have a Houge Enterprise chassis, and i'm missing one of my trailing arms.

what does the Houge chassis look like ?? I have a few "graphite" chassis which are not made by AE .... maybe I have a HOUGE chassis ... just need to see a picture to be certain

My Houge chassis with trailing arms...





Jay's is pretty nice. I've had about 5 or 6 different people e-mail me the link to that auction knowing that I'm into Houge parts. That piece looks like an easy 8 out of 10 and should bring in top dollar, for sure.

I don't think I have ever seen anyone mount the Houge arms to the gold tub. Not to say that it couldn't be done, but knowing what I know about how the gold tub car works, I would say you'd be wasting a perfectly good gold tub to try it.

Now that is flawless! Beautiful Doug! Nice piece there. The cardinal I assume?

^^That car is so sweet, I always wondered when the final build picture would show up. It looks great, one of my favourites.

I was always a fan of the proline wheels. That was what I ran back in the day on my RC10 and my Optima Mid. They look so sweet. My 10 had white wheels, and my mid, I dyed them blue. I wish I would have kept those cars.

The final build is coming along. There are a few random pieces still being searched for, but 'm getting closer. Battery pack and all electronics are just about done, and the servo needs new leads on it. If I could get my hands on the little JG or A&L center body mount and an early clear diff cover, I'd be all set.

I have some JG body mounts, I KNOW I DO, but I will have to find them. Which cover is it? AE? Parma? Manufacturer?

The body mount looked like a quarter made out of Kydex, folded in half at 90°, and it had a little aluminum nub of a post attached to it. The folded Kydex mounted to the center of the rear shock tower to mount the body to, as at that point, everyone was cutting off the rears of the bodies anyway.

This car is 99% finished! Holy crap... I never thought it would be done.

That is what I have. If you can bare with me, I will have to find them. I might have some at my apartment. If they are not there, I know which tub they are in (they are clear tubs so it should not be hard to find). Give me some time.
