mip cvd 1195

Post by kick »

hello guys I have a 91 team car with universal axel shafts. I bought some 1195 mip cvds thinking they will work. my uds have 3/16 shafts for the wheel but neck up to 1/4 for the bearing. Can I just replace the hub bearings to fit the 3/16 mip cvds. I also picked up some thunder tiger bx wheels. I did not receive my mip cvds yet so i dont know if they are the proper length, but tried to fit my new wheels and found out then the diameter is bigger. By the way I bought the car in assembled new condition, and will post pics shortly.

You should be able to change the bearing, however the hub that your car came out of the box with may require some spacers to keep the 3/16 axle centered correctly-
