thanks man! it's taken a long time and a lot hard work finding factory part's as compared to hop-ups which show up quite often. just like real car's

i have removed the foam thing's as im told they were not out at this stage.

Really nice car Gary. This is my personal favorite of all Team Losi cars because this was my first Losi but not last one. Proformace did handle really well in Finish soft and bumpy tracks compared to AE RC10 or Kyosho Ultima. RC10 did have too short suspension arms and Kyosho Ultima was too short and didn't have enough front kickup. Schumacer Topcat was practically the only "enemy".
Gary, are front and rear shocks on Your car equal length, I mean are both front and rear shocks Jrx2 rear shocks?
What are purple rear springs?
What is the difference between "short rear axle's(black)" compared to steel color?
If You paint the body, do it a Jack Johnson replica and change motor to "Motown Missle".

That is the wrong chassis technically. The correct chassis would be this one with the non FRP core.

What are purple rear springs? jrx-pro had purple rear springs too, the paint came off very easy that's why a lot of people dont know.
What is the difference between "short rear axle's(black)" compared to steel color? black axle's are very early jrx2 edtiton's

I thought they all had the white core. The countersinks on the bagged chassis look white like all of the fiberglass core losi chassis I have. The only ones I have that isn't white core is the early jrx-2 short wheelbase plates

My early JRX-T chassis has the solid graphite chassis and non-slot, I assume that in Rogers posts regarding the ProFormance kit that it would include that chassis as well given the kit's timeline?

I don't think I've ever come across a long wheelbase chassis that didn't have a white stripe. I went and looked at all of mine and they all have the white core. now I've got something else to look for, thanks
The short wheelbase cars I have are a less distinct white core, not sure if it is fiberglass or the cut edges of fabric going in different directions, but the middle 1/2 of the chassis edge has a different pattern/look from the outer 1/4's

I only managed to find one pic from Jacks Johnson's JRX2-based car from RCCA december 1989. This is his 1989 ROAR mod nats winning car, which seems not to be an proformance kit car but an prototype car:

There has to be better pics from this car somewhere. At least I have seen Jack's car (probably this same as in RCCA pic) in cover of Competition Plus or RCMC magazine between two torches and the cars antenna was on fire!

Not necessarily. I just finished building my proformance kit and it has the white frp core plate as pictured in the first post. The box was open and building started already when I got it. mine is in the corrected "proformance" box, not the early "proformanance" misspelled box. Could it be that even this short production item came in more than one variation?
