Private/backyard tracks

Nothing like having your own piece of terrain to play on! I started working on my own on a deserted dumping area at the local airport. The soil is perfect, just like the club track, completly private, tons of room and huge potential. Its mostly flat with about a 5' high bank on 2 sides of the area.....built in drivers stand! So far Ive just been experimenting with layouts, once finaled I will add jumps, berms + ect. I feel like a kid in a candy store.
If you get the chance to have your own, go for it. It can be a lot of work but the fun factor is huge....at least it is for me.
I will post pics once I have something worth posting.
Anyone else have their own?

I have been working on opening an indoor track for a while now. Even though it won't be private it would be my own playground.
