Well as i pack my bags for my trip back to the uk and look at my fast dwindling collection im smug in the knowledge , That as i have been going through umpteen boxs a few of the parts would glow orange .
So not wanting to sell anything orange started a pile right next to my empty green worlds chassis .
Well the next day as i opened the door to my room ,throwing strategic "yes dears" over my shoulders looking for that moment to close it .And this caught my eye.

i had heard of Rumpelstiltskin before, but knowing any offspring i might produce doubted if i would ever see him

.
looks almost finished and not to shabby so not one to be pushy and knowing twins rain in my family

i left him a note requesting some changes along with half a bottle of glenmorangie and half a java twix, i caught the dog licking .
so tune in at some point to get some updates im so excited i wont be able to sleep .maybe he will paint it to

If you completely dyed the parts black and white with the string you could of had a nice zebra effect going.

i used a flame mask and and a large syringe and just washed the colour over the mask a couple of times the bumper took a while there is about four colours on it ,and the new solid white ones don't turn out well.
so i had to use a old school opaque one
the trick i found was to use the Rit powder, and let the dye boil up like milk then blow to cool or carefully remove the pan ,leaving a nice tide mark that stained in a random pattern
then repeat couple of times. random dips
after each colour i washed it then dipped in boiling black ,which seemed to blend the orange and red nicely and i even see some green in there
and then i scrubbed the parts and spayed them with some wd40 to finish the surface .
