This is my first post for RC buggy restoration in RC10talk. And the actor is my "RC10 with MIP 4-10 legend conversion". I bought this buggy from eBay saveral months ago. It comes with MIP gear box and an ugly body. ~ zoo car? :?
However, I don't have a clear plan yet how to restore it. The only target is to make its value closer to the price I paid.

You kept this purchase quiet Emerson 8) for what it's worth I think you should give it a little more than a quick clean up, it looks like it could make a fantastic example of what is a very sort after model

Yes, it got some great parts. Such as andy arms, MIP transmission etc. However, I will change some parts back to original. I'll keep it updated.

No Mark, I didn't. I won this from eBay. Some people already notice this and mail me about my plan on it.
I think I should have another eBay account, or no matter what I purchased, some people always know it. I really hope I can have some secrets.

I start to clean all of the parts. And some of the metal parts shows a little bit corrosion, and it can be very easy removed by polising. Besides, I redesigned the rear shock tower to have simular style as the MIP front shock tower. At the same time I choose my new build gold pan RC10 to be the donor car, since I need original RC10 white nylon arms to instead of Andy's black arms. I also gave a little CNC to the two front supporting aluminum rods in order to fit the two black shafts. So far everything goes smoothly. 8)
