Ok, so I checked the manuals, and the b2 part # is 9200, and the b3 part #'s are 9200 and 9199. So I guess the 9200 is the same, but what is the 9199 chassis?

9199 is the same standard length chassis, just in carbon fiber composite. There's also a short version - 9201 / 9202 (CF).

I think the T3 is different. I got a chassis that was supposed to be B2/B3 on ebay but turned out to be T3. The wheelbase was longer than the standard length B2/B3 chassis.
So I think, it should be in order of shortest to longest, B2/B3 short < B2/B3 standard < T3
This is the short length B2/B3 carbon fiber composite chassis (9202), click link for pictures.

T3 chassis' as per the manual are 7308 and 7309. most likely standard and graphite. They are longer than B3, by about maybe .400"? I can check at home tonight, but can you clarify your initial request?
B3 and T3 for sure?
