fusion paint?

Has anyone tried to use the Krylon Fusion paint on the white plastic chasis parts? What where the results/durability?
I've used Krylon Fusion black "paint" (it's actually more of a dye that bonds to plastic than a mere spray paint) on vinyl & hard plastic parts from my '70 Charger's interior that I'm in the process of restoring, and the results were excellent. It's meant to bond to the surface, not just paint a layer on top, and therefore resists scratching and dings.
I also used this black Fusion to "paint" a red Kydex bumper for my Zebra Optima, and I would say it's moderately durable. Keep in mind this is a bumper and I've run into a few things with it, and I can barely see some red underneath some areas that got some pretty decent scuffing.
With all that said, I would suggest using nylon clothing dye in boiling water as a better method of coloring nylon & plastic parts (i.e. RIT dye) but that Fusion-For-Plastic is very durable when applied properly.
