Hey everyone, so after trying out my car today with a lot of fresh and updated parts, the car just all of a sudden stopped dead and the LED's were all on solid, not flashing. What's that mean? Couldn't find anything on the Castle website.

Reset it, the max system was junk. The pro is better, but still has some big flaws

How do I reset it? I don't have a Castle Link yet.

How did you set it up in the first place, ie- how did you sync it to your transmitter and throttle and brake endpoints? Do that process again, and check the sensor wire

I didn't do anything to the factory settings if that's what you mean. I don't have a newer transmitter so all I do is hold throttle, hold brake, let it calibrate neutral and that's it. I can't change any of the settings as I don't have a field link or castle link yet.

I didn't mean anything other than reset it to your radio- maybe the steps were incomplete, partial or the radio or ECS had a hiccup.

What radio are you using?

Problem solved - I disconnected the ESC from the receiver and was able to reset everything. Weird.

Like Reg said, the Castle stuff can be a bit finicky at times. Castle is great help though if you email them. Just download their software(free) from their sit and hook up a mini usb. You can really fine tune it. I don't have a pro version, but I assume it takes a mini usb too. I had some trouble getting my driver in sync with windows 7, but Castle is quick and helpful with email. Sounds like it's fixed, but you can really get specific with the software. It's great, but I still prefer the little orange flathead screwdrivers! :D
