Just some pics from today's adventure. These are not easy to photograph... nothing like 1:1 motorsports (at least with motorsports you can predict what they are doing and the line that they take). Besides, if it was not for my grandfather and his planes, plus his stacks of RCM mags, I likely would not be on this forum at all...... that is how it all started. Thanks Gramps!
A cool front came through yesterday and it fells good for Alabama. Even the wife went and enjoyed herself. There are no off road tracks around here, so I gotta do something. Boat race coming in Sept. Enjoy!

Wow great shots, I know it's not cars but it's real nice to see, maybe we can make this an aircraft thread. Here are some of my shots from a couple of our local shows.

cool pics, guys. that's the one type of r/c i've never tried. well, except for that $50 plane i got for my kid from hobbytown.
the NTSB is still trying to figure out what brought the plane down, but it looks like pilot error.

I can certainly appreciate aircraft, they're awesome!

I, myself, do not have the pockets or the patients for them though. The last thing I'd want is to sink $10K into one of them and have a malfunction or pilot error and put it into the ground.

The Hobbyzone Cub is a great learner, mine has survived some "interesting" landings...

I'll probably never finish my old "stick and tissue" Electricub because of it.
Of course the micro-helis are better, especially if you've only got limited space. I still like my old Blade CX. Bought a Blade CP in bits and a HDX300, but have not gotten to the point of finishing them...
Someday...
