The sassy chassis guy was in my area and I raced with one of his sponsored guys. It looks like he made the chassis for the rc10 and the monster trucks. After that, he concentrated on the pan cars...even releasing a kit. I don't think he ever made one for the jr series.

Definitely a Losi hole pattern. Only odd thing is the extra hole for the steering parts up front. That must have been for some after market kit steering kit.

I looks like a Jrx2 pan made in aluminum. but they never sold one to the public. I have seen several Jrx2 pans people have made like this on Ebay. I think someone repackaged it on you.

There's a member here who lives by the original Sassy owner and recently bought his old stash. Maybe he can ask for us.

sassy had their own bellcranks........ similar to the losi/rps bellcrank for the rc10.

I have one of those chassis - got it years ago on eBay, but I never knew it was a Sassy chassis (mine was not in the package)... Another project I hope to get to before the sun boils our oceans.

This mystery hole exists on some brand new early Losi graphite plates as well with the weave pattern and I have never found an answer why. It is clearly factory drilled and coutersunk and I have seen two of them, one of which is mine.

I also worked in a local hobby shop back in the day and knew the sassy owner who lived nearby, actually went to his house a couple times where he made stuff in his basement. I had the full Clod set up from him at one point. Can't remember his name at this point.

Yes, his name is Larry. He actually still has some of these JRx2 chassis laying around.
