Machining offer

I am going to be in the machine shop this week making odds and sods for various projects, I will probably have some time between jobs if anyone wants anything simple made (alloy or steel). Oh we have lathes, mills, pillar drills, etc, etc.... we also have CNC stuff but set-up precludes me from fitting in that sort of job for you.
To give you an example of what I could make for you, one of the things I am making is a Hydra drive shaft for an MIP gearbox...
You would need to get me an engineering drawing asap though...
I know probably no one is going to be able to take me up on this offer this time but, the offer is there.
Cheers

How about a set of steering knuckles for a HiLux?

I don't know what they look like/are so you'd need to get me a drawing asap...
It sounds like a complex 3D part best made on a CNC machine of some sort though....

I was more kidding than serious.
The HiLux I recently picked up has a broken knuckle. I've not had time or space to tear into it yet, nor research to see what's available for replacement parts, which I'll do before bothering someone to mill me a set. If it comes to custom milling, I'd probably just send the broken part to whomever will be doing the milling since I doubt there are schematics for such a part available and I couldn't draw a set to save my life.

i would pistolwhip a hobo to death for a set of front bulkheads (aka suspension mounts) for the RC10 and a set of rear arm mounts like the 3 degree'ers ones.
Kidding about the pistolwhipping, just really want the parts lol, let me know
thanks

alloy front bulkheads would indeed rule.

Well they sound like nice ideas but something I'd much rather throw on a cnc machine to be honest. I think to make more than one set by hand would be a little silly
I might have a go some time though...
