I'm looking for a bit of education, I think I might see the odd rolley eyes for this one

Anyway how does the numbering work for shocks, is it related to the length, I thought 0.71 = fronts, 1.02 = mid length and 1.32s = rears

I'm confused, some fronts recently sold denoted as 1.32s please advise.
Thanks.

it's the inside bore of the shock body.
the buggies, for the most part will have .56's or .71's on the front, and 1.32's on the rear. the 1.02's are standard front shocks on the associated trucks, with either 1.32's or 1.39's on the rear. depending on the truck.
associated also has .89 and 1.18 shocks, too.

That was a labeling mistake.... looks like the label was switched at some point in time.... not by me. Don't let it confuse you.

Isn't it actually the stroke?
The bore is the same, they all use the same pistons.

Ferretii is talking about my auction that closed last night. I think the shop that I got them from changed the labels. Same thing looks to have happened with the LXT MIP dog bone kits I have, so pulled that auction too. The LXT kit is way too short to be truck. I think, and am almost certain, they are for the X2/Pro/SE.
