Made some aluminum towers based off the worlds towers and stock rear tower.

Wow! Did you use a CNC or free hand? Very nice!!

Isn't it too thin?

I did these free hand and these are just templates as im going to make some g10 fiberglass ones and some out of 1/8 aluminum.

Here is a chassis i have done also. It is painted satin black.

Yep as i have made some for me and some to sell with extra material.

Nice, you did an awesome job on that chassis as well.

Going to do a graphite 6036 worlds chassis next in aluminum and get it annodized.

Mike what thickness of Aluminum are you using? 3/32? Also, are you using a break to do the kickup?
I've been considering experimenting with a similar concept for an Ultima. I was even thinking of putting some folds on the sides to make a pan...

This was 1/8 aluminum and we have a bender at work.
