Le Mans H240s Motor

Hi,
I recently acquired one of these motors while looking for 240ST.
I've temporarily installed it in my Optima Mid restore car until i can find the correct one.
I tried it out in the yard early today, and was very impressed with it, albeit it sounds very whiny.
I cant seem to find much information in the internet about it.
It appears to be a modified motor, and judging by the speed, probably around 19T-20T
but cant be sure.
Does anyone have any background on this motor?
