well I am still amped up after the Nats. so I have been working on finishing up a bunch of stuff I have had in the works. the only part I had to buy for this buggy is the body. its completely built from my parts box. it has RPM arms and rear links, gear cover, hard coated se shocks, LRM trans with a SE slipper and a JG sterring stiffner. some old school turnbuckles, Mip dog bones and Ive had this set of wheels since 1988, I ran them on my Proformance kit car before I restored it. the plans for this car is alot of Beach time. it will be a runner for sure. I just need some paint Ideas

I am crazy on the idea of beach runners Rick. I have a few cars that work well on the sand and with a fast motor they can be a heap of fun!
Looking forward to seeing some pics of yours in action :D

What are those rear sand tires? Never seen them, it's hard to find 1/10 2.2 buggy sand tires.

their 1.9 streched on to 2.0 wheels, Their old vintage tires I bough in a huge lot from Joey. I think their some off brand, I made a big mistake and sold the rest of them off. I wish I would have kept a few more sets now. I really like them.

I just put a PK2 pro brushed motor and a LRP Quantom 2 pro speed control. it spun the rear tires off the rim, so it will be a blast on the Beach. If I can get it painted this week, I will run it when I go to the Beach next weekend at my daughters. its so cool she lives on the ocean in Va. Beach. and since she lives on a Army base its a beautiful quiet beach. thats were I got the pictures of my buggychamp running on the beach.
