so ive gotten peer pressured into the idea that i need a 1/10th sprint car :x im thinking a 3.75 tranny would be the cheapest way to go since i have a spare laying around. my only reservation is that it has no slipper. i like a lot of slipper in my track setups. i was thinking that maybe i can use the ball diff (#4620) as a slipper. i know you really shouldnt since it probably kill the diff but idk.

for the front end i was going to hack up an srt/pede/rusty/bandit/slash bulk and for a cage and chassis id fab my own.

right now im just spit balling, any idears?

3.75 is a very low ratio, how would you get enough gear on it to get anywhere near enough rollout?

hmm, didnt think about that...

well the bullet comes with a tiny 30t spur (32p) so ill just figure it out as i go for gearing.

All you will have to do is find a 52t pinion and you will be set

well with the bullets stock "spur" and an 18t pinion im at like 6.25 (forgot the number in the time it took to put the calculator away and sit down to type this :x )

think i should do a "slammed" setup up front or the traditional upright shock positioning? as rough as the local oval is im hesitant to do the prior
