Don´t know if the Leisure sticker is true or not. Anyway this is a AYK GZ1200R motor what was their 2nd motor they made.
The original GZ1200 with fixed timing was released 1979 or 1980 the GZ1200R with adjustable timing was released maybe 1 year later.

It´s easy to tell if you have a GZ1200 or GZ1200R as the colours were reversed. The original GZ1200 had black can and silver front plate and endbell where the GZ1200R as yours had silver can and the front plate and endbell black anodized.
More pictures and informations (if you can read them) here http://www.rct.jp/contents/lab/motor/xtra/gz1200r.html

The GZ1200R was sold from different brands but always it was the same motor I think it was something as a 23T.
I also have such a GZ1200R what is currently in my AYK RX1200 1/12th car (1978).
