Here's the scan of one of the original jigs and the template I drew from it. Feel free to use it if you wish at your own risk for personal non-commercial use. The jig itself is not for sale sorry.

I didn't know where to put this thread. You guys can move it if you like.

I figure most can use this without a problem. I DID spend quite a bit of time drawing this as accurate as possible using a drawing program and in millimeters, so as long as people know what bits to use and drill where the +'s are, you're good to go.

If someone knows what bits are best for the stealth and what countersink to use, please post. I read it somewhere on here, but I don't remember what it was exactly to repost that info here.

haha and no, I'm not selling the original jig

they are #4-40 screws, so a close fit hole is a #32 drill, or somewhat looser will be 1/8". Countersink is 82 degrees.

BTW, how much for the jig?

When I print it, it comes out like it's for a 1/5 scale car. Any ideas, or trial and error for reducing the size % ?

Well I was printing it via my iPad so that could have definitely caused the problem, but the .pdf you sent me worked perfectly (printing from iMac) so I really appreciate it.

Thanks.
