I am in for the R91CP. Hope is comes with a factory painted body. The painting wasn't that hard on the original kit but cutting out the decals was a real pain.

The "Dune Buggy Street" sounds interesting.

Wait a minute isn't the DT02 whats under the Holiday Buggy? They're really wringing every last penny out of that platform aren't they?

their was a guy running a Holiday buggy running at the Vonats it was a plastic chassis Tamiya, but it ran good and he had a great time. looked Great on the track and handled alot better than I expected all he did was put some oil shocks on it.

RC Mud Blaster II
Item #58514

I seen on this on their web site. Mudblaster II I bet its on the Wild Dagger chassis. They have a Frog chassis why not do it in the original version.

Doubt it's a proper re-re, seeing as it says TT-01 chassis..... and the original was 1:12 with an ABS body. Will be interesting to get the body though, even if it is lexan....

Whats wrong with the Sand Rover rere the original was junk, this platform may not be the best they have but its much better than the original? I just got one but I havent opened it yet. my son is giveing it to me for Christmas. I for one cant wait and have been waiting a long time to have one that looks like a proper Dune Buggy

junk as it may have been, it was the way it was.

I never picked up the P34 (6 wheeler) re-releases because it was based on a standard onroad chassis with a clear lexan shell.

its just dissapointing for me that some of these new re-re's are is just a body (and a lexan, not hardshell at that)

would you be all over a rc10 re re if all they did was ship an old body with a B4?

im just odd like that i guess :)

I guess that's the difference between 'shame' and 'no shame'

when I was 14 I walked into the hobby shop and bought my first RC car, they had a Sand Scorcher and a Sand Rover on the shelf they didnt want to sell them to me. the new Super Champ had just came in that day. and they talked me into the Champ. I was always sorry for my choice. with the rere's I dont have to be sorry anymore, as I now have all of them. I dont need one thats 100% correct 1979 I like modern. but I respect the fact not everyone feels as I do and thats cool. I am just happy to have all the cars I missed out as a poor kid.

Some nice ones. Man my LHS had 2 XR311 re-re's for the longest for the low-low and I didn't get one before someone snatched em both up.
