RC10 gold pan front axles & newer 2.2 wheels

i understand how to convert the rear to 2.2s with 3/16 axles. my question is what do i do in the front do i change bearings in the front to accommodate 2.2 rims or spindles i could use some good advice on this one thank you.

I have (what I believe to be) yellow front b4 wheels with the larger outer diameter plain bearings and it fits my gold pan axels fine.

do you know what size bearing that is is it 3/16x3/8 or 1/4x3/8 any help would be greatly appreciated?

Buy according to your axel diameter and the outer diameter of the axel hole of the wheel. The set I bought at the LHS were custom works bearings to fit the newer wheels and still be able to use the 1/4" axel diameter.

thanks for the info are the bearings 3/8x1/4 or 3/8x/3/16 thanks?

B4 front wheels use 2 for each wheel - unflanged size 3/16 x 3/8. I tried both old rc10 axel versions and it's fine.
