which buggy do I have here?

as title states. Was tryin to get an idea of what it is from you Losi gurus here but I'm lost. Maybe JRX pro. I know its pry a mixture so let me know what you guys think and I'll go from there to see if I might just keep this one and fixer up. :roll: :lol:

Looks like a Jrx Pro SE (yellow wheels, shock towers, hard body shocks etc) but with the std moulded chassis swapped out for a cut-down Pro chassis to fit that shell (not sure what it is?). Looks to have the MIP dog-bone driveshafts & outputs too ;-)


Edit; just noticed that the chassis does not have the cutout for the servo saver, so is either the 'proformance' chassis or one from an earlier JrxT...... Or indeed an aftermarket chassis?

tough question and very currious as well. To help here is my bottom of my JRX=T notice the screw hole difference. I am relearning from back in the days but can almost count the JRX-T out and think is is aftermarket or newer JrX pro ??(which at that time I lost track and was college bound) in the years. My reasoning is because I have a slot whole in the orginal chassis and I remember seeing alot of JRX-2 conversion kits and the chasiss were similar. But here is my JRX-T which was bought not to long when they fist came out. I hope this photo helps and I am still got ot get get my memory back from years ago. 8)

looks like pro se stuff on a cut up jrx2 chassis. might just be the pics, but it looks like a 20 degree kickup.

Yes, certainly looks like the swb chassis now you come to mention it, the car looks incredibly short with the SE swept front arms..... The previous owner must have been looking for some serious 'turn-in'!

thanx for the info guys. With the tranny feeling pretty good, cvds, lundsford turnbuckles, puretech battery strap and it being in overall pretty good shape I think I might just do a lil work on it. See how it works out and if it doesn't it might just end up down the road. Either way thanx again for the input.
