Hands down my favorite place to race of all time. I loved The Ranch! Terrible neighborhood (I grew in Montclair off of Princeton) but awesome facility.

I arrived in California from New York in 1989 and the first stop on my list wasn't the Hollywood sign or LaBrea tar pits it was the Ranch. I found that the famous 1/8 gas track was gone and the posts that held the boards had been cut off at ground level.

I think I have one of these somewhere too. But mine is filled out with a Novak speed controller.

I have some pictures of my LXT and XX-T on track there I'll post, gotta get them out of storage.
