Well over a month ago I was on Ebay looking for some 1/25 model car wheels and found a add for some tires that had this car also in the back ground, and it was included in the sale but was only mentioned as a old RC car, I knew it was a RC10 of some sort so bid, and I won it. after a month I gave up on getting. well it arrived today out of the blue. I need some help figuring out which car I have? it is a RC10 graphite, I thought it was a TQ10 at first but I removed a servo and manual speed control I found it has AE engraved into the deck. it has a stealth trans and green shocks but a stright front shock tower, and a shame he drilled holes in the wheels so I will need to replace them. so its a latter version what ever it is?

you can pick up pull-off B4/T4 slipper clutch parts on ebay cheap. usually they sell all the clutch parts, and then you need to pick up a top shaft as well. sometimes it's all together.
looks like a nice project, a good cleaning and some JC racing wheels would be a nice setup. then you can decide if you like it or not.

I think my Losi would be offened

but I am working on another RC10 goldpan runner for that? the RC10's and XX losi seem to be the hot ticket their. I am just trying to deside on powder coat or reanodise on the racer?
what Body belongs on this Graphite car?

throw some short arms on the front, and some stock tires. I think that would allow you to enter it in the classic class. That way both the Losi and Rc-10 could run. I was thinking about doing that, but I really want to run the Sand Scorcher again this year.

those were in their at least a month or so? but not much time in the sun. I just put them down in the garage and kinda forgot about them.

I have a little 6x9 2" deep pan I line with foil and they were in their long enough for the Peroxide to evaperate

you can get this set from tower hobbies:
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LX2540&P=7
that's about the cheapest associated turnbuckles you can find. there are a couple other cheaper options, but they wouldn't be factory 'correct'
