My grub screw fell out of my anti roll collar.
I have tried a 3mm set screw, 256, 440.
None fit, does anyone know what size it is or where I can get a replacement?

Only because stuff like this drives me absolutely bonkers did I go to any length to figure this out for ya 'kid ;)

Now, I know for a FACT that the stock set screws are 4-40. I wager a month's pay on it. To be sure of this (I already checked, don't take the bet unless you wanna loose 8) ) I googled it, found associated webpage still listing the kit (http://www.teamassociated.com/parts/details/9635/) and looked up the .pdf (http://www.teamassociated.com/pdf/cars_and_trucks/shared/9635_B4SwayBar.pdf). The .pdf shows the set screw as being part number ASC6951, which when plugged into associated's website showed this as being a 4-40 x 1/8 set screw (6 of 'em actually, when ordered as a separate part number, you get a throw-away allen key to boot!) http://www.teamassociated.com/parts/details/6951/. So, all of this is only useful if you're sure you've got the stock aluminum sway bar ends (part number asc8830). If that's the case, I also remember the threaded part of the hole not being chamfered, making it tricky at times to thread the set screw in. Another thing that makes it tricky is that the set screws aren't that long so it's easy to get them a bit off kilter while trying to thread them in.

If 4-40 is too big, and they are metric, then maybe a 2mm set screw would do the trick. However, I would post a couple of good close up clear pictures so we can help ya further.

Thanks for the effort for real
I tried every screw
Finally I got a 2.5 mm regular screw and it feeds in perfectly
But can't find that size in a grub screw

2.5mm...? Then you've definitely not got the stock sway bar end. Those set screws are probably going to be really tricky to find. You're probably better off ordering the sway bar ends to make things easier.
