I have recently been on the hunt for a front nose-piece to complete my parts list for my BBT sprint build. The nose that is original to the car is this:


Thanks to Phin, I was directed to Wind Tunnel, and although the pics on the website were small, I took a chance and ordered it, as it was only $10-$11.00 for the complete kit. I think it was well worth it and will work AFTER I butcher it for the nose.



Thanks Phin, I appreciate it. The BBT cage is the same exact size as the molded cage on the body and the tailtank I have is as well.

Thank you for being the guinea pig and posting real pics. Now I can stop being chicken and order one for myself.

Its the least I could do I think it'll work well. It has the correct slope and round upper part around the cage. 2 major factors

I brought it with me to Atlanta. I plan to do the build while here for 3 weeks. It'll keep me occupied.

Is this the nose original your talking about?
If so what is the name of it/car it goes to etc?

That's not the original Big Boys Toys sprint hood. It looks like it's a different version of the Bolink/Windtunnel sprint car body that doesn't incorporate the cage/side bars.

Is that the only section you have or is there a rear fuel tank too?

this is the only section i have. looks like its supposed to mesh up with a metal cage like on yours.

looks like this but like you said no cage/fuel tank.
