JRX Pro Pistons and Springs

Does anyone know what the size of the original pistons in the JRX Pro were? Were they a two hole piston? Anybody know the size of the holes? I have the newer threaded shocks on my build with the newer shock pistons / springs and am trying to find a comparable setup that feels solid on the car. Anybody have a good piston/oil/spring/limiting setup for a JRX Pro using the newer shocks? (not the 22 shocks)

According to the manual:

I would agree, a 2 hole piston. On my JRX car, I am using pink 56's with 40f/30r...still playing with springs, but currently at silver front/red rear.
But I havent done a bunch of tuning yet. On the track, it felt really good.

Ok - good insight. I was thinking of possibly gluing off a hole on a 56 piston to emulate. I found some black pistons - not the current 57's - on the shock shafts I got with the car. They almost looked like tapered or funneled holes in the piston. Not sure if those are originals or not. Looking at JK's setup, I'm setup way to light to start for this car with what I have. I currently have 56 pistons all the way around with 25 in the rear and 27.5 in the front. Orange "truck" front springs on the front and pink springs on the rear. It just feels way too soft.

I switched from the Pro front tower to the Pro SE front tower & down to buggy shocks up front. The 40 still feels really light, but the car seems to like it.
You running H arm or 5 link? I didnt mention, I am 5 link

Red springs may be a little heavy
Maybe one (or more) of the guys who ran the VoNats can chime in with their set up for a starting point for ya.
Check here (Brandon G) has run a JRX a few times in the VoNats...
