This is the where it all got started with my RC10 passion.
This vehicle is intended to be raced on our carpet track here in Germany. I only take it a couple of times a year out to the track, to keep it in one piece.
Its brushless powered and the suspension is tweeked for carpet racing. Its a lot of fun to race this thing, since everybody else on the track is very carefully while driving around. They all know that parts are hard to find these days, especially in Germany...

Here is the "directors cut" of I think last years fathersday race.

Very nice video, love the building it's in!!! That battery strap is a VERY hard to find item and guys would "kill" to have it for their restos. Your car is great looking, love the Art Box paintjob!! :D

sweet video everlast! never seen a retro body with full lights being run like that before. very cool. have you tried running the car with spike front tires? to give you a little more steering on the carpet.

what's up with your rear axles? looks like you took out some material near the pins.

Thanks for all your positive feedback.

The deal with the driveshafts is that I run B3 hubcarriers in the back. So I needed different length driveshafts. I cut them apart and soldered them into a tube. Not very pretty, but it gets the job done until I find the right ones.
And yes, I run my Buggy now with Schumacher Minipins all the way around. Gives lots of traction. The video is a couple of years old, so we really need to update on that

Here are some more pics....
