Let me start off by saying, I'm not the most handy person when it comes to fabricating stuff, however, I'd like to make a fiberglass chassis for my Royal Ripper. I stumbled across an old post for this homemade chassis for the hotshot...

I sent a message to prp but he hasnt been on lately. I'd like to make a chassis similer to this one, but I have no idea how the chassis is being held together. What is he using here to make the sides of the chassis connect with the bottom of the chassis? Before I saw this I thought about using some sort of metal "L" shaped bracket, but I didnt think this would be sturdy enough. Any ideas?

well, it's definitely held with a small bracket or block, I'm thinking if you don't have resource to make a nice bracket, but want something trick, an aluminum servo mount would probably look and work perfect.

10 times cheaper, ust to say, yes servo mounts are very usefull diy item, but check out prices before you buy
