Down at Atlantic beach seeing my kids.Got up saturday morning went to store across 5 lane highway 24,was trying to leave the parking lot but traffic terrible sat for 15 minutes tryn pull out.
Finally get a clear spot to pull out and i make to the middle turn lane and a van decides to swerve into me and he was in the lane closest to the station why the hell he decided to swerve into me when i had made it to the middle lane.Van is totalled beyond repair and im sore as all hell he was doing 55 to 60 in 55 zone cops say its my fault failure to yield.He didnt hit the brakes till he was in the center lane hitting me.So im stuck here with no gd car at all.Bikes still down for repairs so guess be sellin off stuff try to get another car.Probably going to court over it,the guy was blind in one eye and tunnel vision in the good eye but its my fault?He shouldnt be driving at all! Depressed and hurtn like hell was in the ER 7 hours cat scans an xrays til i feel like im glowin in the dark.All they did was a minscule morphene shot and that was it.I missed going to the air show at cherrypoint too!!! Blue angels were here this year too.They used to fly over our house every morning in 69 and 70 to wake my dad up whom was in the marines flying jets.He even has the autographs of the original blue angels that were flyn over us then.Don

Just made it home.My bro had to come get me,and all my crap that was in my van.I sold the van after the accident wont squat i could do with it so far from home and no tools.So the search will be on after recooperate.DON

To make you feel better, yesterday morning I got hit by a car while crossing the street. The lady driver didn't see me, rolled through ther crosswalk, looked left but not right and hit the gas. I tried to jump out of the way but ended up getting pegged by the bumper and landed on her hood (rag doll style). My left leg got a little damage and I left some arm skin on her hood but I was ok. She looked like she saw a ghost and was shaking pretty good. She gave me her drivers information and I told her I'd call her if I was hurt (No need to bring in the cops). I probably should have sent her home as she looked pretty pale. Looks like my 9 lives are down to about 4 remaining.

Dirtdriver ive had that happen to me but was in parking lot lol.It just seems like i can never keep my head above the waterline of life,always something goin wrong.lol
I help others i live right take care my moms,but im the one that gets screwed in the long run it seems.lol
And it dont even feel good hahaha.
Didnt even get to go on the beach an enjoy the scenery.

Got a call from Progressive yesterday but was too medicated to talk,said will call back today.I talked to my insurence reps here and they said more than likely will go my way an not haft pay 238.00 ticket.The court is in BEAUFORT NC back 3hrs45min away from me.They said what i did that it was no reason for the guy to swerve over two lanes and into the front of my van,and take as far as he did to stop.They agreed he was speeding to take that long to come to a complete stop.WISH ME LUCK ON THIS GUYS!DON
