Re: 2012 TAMIYA VINTAGE OFFROAD NATIONALS • SEPT 15-18TH
I run my RC-10 regularly in 17.5 class at my local track during big trophy races, and sometimes on club races. I give the modern guys a good run. I agree it would be nice to have a class, but if enough of us show up at the track with vintage, I think a class will start to form itself.

We'll be running vintage classes weekly in Bethel next season. There's a bunch of us that are local and we plan on keeping the track vintage friendly.

Pete I'm not sure of you've been there yet but you should check out the Wolcott Hobbies indoor track. It REALLY nice! I've been going on and off this winter and we both know I don't really race much offroad.

I went yesterday but plan to race on Friday nights more. It's very drama free and he buys pizza for the racers usually.

That’s sounds great! Will it be the same track in Bethel as last year?

Yes I hoping to have it there but like I said I haven't confirmed. If its not there it will still be in CT for sure.

Can't make it 13-15, but you said there were races weekly right? Rules the same as VONATs?
. . . you have Associated Green Slime for brains. And not even new Green Slime, but old gooped out Green Slime.

The short arm RC-10s are allowed in the classics, what about the JRX2s if they run box stock tires?
