Well I have been busy, and I'm worried I may miss getting on later to say a BIG THANKS to the many members who have served in one way or another! I would love if every member who served just put a little post of some sort here! Any NATO countries! I know Memorial Day in May is for the USA, but we all need to remember those that have given so much to keep us safe!

Thanks so much!

All of us that serve and have served do apperciate the support. This memorial day I will be thinking of friends and fellow soldiers that I have served with and gave the ultimate sacrifice and their families. I am proud of my service. I will never forget those with whom I have served with. If I may I would like to share the soldiers creed for the U.S. Army

The soldiers creed!
* I am an American Soldier.
I am a Warrior and a member of a team.
I serve the people of the United States, and live the Army Values.

"I will always place the mission first."
"I will never accept defeat."
"I will never quit."
"I will never leave a fallen comrade."

I am disciplined, physically and mentally tough, trained and proficient in my warrior tasks and drills.
I always maintain my arms, my equipment and myself.
I am an expert and I am a professional.
I stand ready to deploy, engage, and destroy, the enemies of the United States of America in close combat.
I am a guardian of freedom and the American way of life.
I am an American Soldier.

I know I said "served" in my first post  but of course we have some members that are still serving! 8) Thank you so much! Only two military guys have posted? I think we have a few more, right????

If you guys can just post up the user name for me, it would be great! The reason I would like to know is, I would like to put all the names of served and serving in a hat and draw a winner for my Scorched Sand Frog build, shipping included! THE PRIZE: http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=8038

So if you guys know anyone that has not posted in a bit, please just list the user name! I know one guy went off to the Air Force but cant remember his name! I know bigjeepzz off the top of my head!

So right now we have:

Hey thanks for the words guys, it means alot. You are thinking Lowery Design. He joined the USAF about 2 years ago.

Lets see, another vet would be RC10Johnny. That is all I can think of right now.

Slotcar - That is one hell of a gesture and I am sure whoever get the buggy will be proud to own it. Thanks agian for the support.

Hilarious, Rod, you want me to drive to his shop and get you a picture or something? That show is shot here where I live, been by Jarrod & Brandi's place a few times, only a couple miles away.

Guess it's on the tail end, but I'd like to extend a HUGE grateful thanks to all the men and women who serve or have served, and their actions, that make me proud to be a citizen. Hope you all had a great day, even if bittersweet for ones we've lost.

Thanks to all who are serving and have served this great country. You all are the reason we can argue about decals versus stickers for days on end.
Just kidding on that note... but a very serious, heartfelt thank you from this household!
