Hey guys,

Here's a few pics of the RC 10 that I built from parts I had lying around and ran at the Vintage buggy festival in Castle Hill (Sydney) Australia.

I already had a black pan RC 10 with a stealth trans, which was pretty beaten up and then scored another one with the black fibreglass
chassis and 6 gear trans, ballraced steering, and MIP rear end. The 6 gear tranny was totally stuffed, so I decided to combine both cars and add some new parts.

When I first built it, I used the MIP rear arms, but decided to go back to the stock setup after some track time. I thought the mip arms
were a downgrade for the RC10, but an upgrade for my SRB. (see pics in the Tamiya section. http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=27432)

Here's a few pics of the car while building and then finished.

When I got all of the MIP parts, the first owner tried to dye them red.. They looked pretty bad!

Then I tried to dye them black.. Also bad!

Then I decided to paint them blue.. Much better.. I really should paint the rear associated shock tower, now that its back
to standard... Mmmm carbon ones would be nice...

Here's a couple of shell off pics of my RC10, with newly added RPM arms.

I really love driving this car and won 2wd Mod class at the Vintage Buggy Festival in Sydney for its first race meet.
I was running a Reedy Sonic 8.5 in it and that was way too much power for the grip levels and twistyness of the track.
Now I've installed a Revtech 10.5 which sould be a little better.

Here's some video of one of the races with me chasing hard all race and comming in second. The guy that beat me was 77 years old!
