you should be able to use pretty much any 1/8" shock shaft, as long as it's close to the right length. Maybe associated 1.02" shafts would fit well or losi .9" shock shafts? little tricky on the threaded end though, the traxxas ones are 3mm thread, associated is 4-40 and losi is 5-40.

stock ones available here(hard chrome):
http://buy.traxxas.com/product_info.php?products_id=4399

they are the 'long' shafts and should be easily available since they are still in production.

Traxxas still uses the same shafts on their shocks. 1664 is the standard chrome shafts or you can go with 1664T, which are the ti-coated hardened shafts. Same shafts that are used on the big bores and ultra shocks that come standard on the Rustler/Bandit/Stampede/Slash/Slash 4x4 etc.

I don't know of a 2764 Traxxas part number. :?: What shock are you looking for upgraded shafts for?

Closest thing I see is #2664, which is a long big bore shock body. If that's what you meant, the same 1664T shock shaft will fit that shock too.

Ive got a set of trx1 shocks and have the hardend front shafts but need the rear shafts as the standard shafts 2764 are like putty. Need a bit more strength as I cant afford to lose more races due to someone hitting me from behind.

You need the 2765T shafts. X-long, hardened steel, Ti nitride coated.
