Getting worried about breaking my transmission and spares are hard to find. So I'm considering using a different unit. Do we have any bolt patterns?

What do you run now, what are you considering running?

Running a schumacher cougar with slipper belt transmission. Bolt pattern for this one would be four bolts in a 38mm x 18mm square. Footprint is 30,1mm wide.

I'd be looking at just about anything that's relatively new (easy to find spares for) and durable. A modern stealth maybe, or a cougar sv-something. Or a TRF201 transmission? I'm not that picky as long as I can find a way of fitting it. And in case I get a newer car it would be nice if it would fit that one as well (which speaks for a newer stealth as I'm looking at the thunder tiger phoenix as a low-cost alternative for reckless track-runs)

couple of guys have retrofit B3 and B4 transmissions to the gold pan. Search through the forum or use google advanced search for 'b4 transmission gold pan' (the search here will ignore 2 letter words). Toastedcoastie is one guy I know did it.

little drilling and making some holes, or using an adapter plate is what you need.
