I recently picked up this little gem from an old racer who was getting rid of a few odds and ends. He raced not just at National level here in Australia back in the 80's and 90's but also at 2 IFMAR 'WORLDS' events that I know of. He was a big time sponsored driver and had all the goods.

Anyway, this motor came from him and it is like new.

Was wondering if anyone here had any knowledge on this exact motor as it has 'WIMPY D' inscribed into the can. Just wondering what wind and turn it could be?

thats hard to say what kind of motor that is. its a modified motor and depends on what the windings are on the armature.

These were Lee Morrison's motors.
