Off-White Plastic Parts?

I've just taken delivery of an Ebay purchase consisting of a Cougar 2 and pretty much all the parts for a Cougar 1. :)

The 2 has off-white eccentrics and front uprights. Were these anything special/unusual as I've not seen them before?

The white eccentrics are nothing unusual, my Bosscat and Cougar 2 have them. As for the front uprights, can't really tell without pics :)

I have never seen white uprights. Either they are prototype, after market or not Shcumacher at all.

Thanks for the replies guys. I'll try and get pics up (might be a while as working crazy hours for the next week).

So the eccentrics were just a case of some where black, some were white and the hop-ups were alloy. No particular reason for the difference.

I believe all the Cougar2 & Bosscat Variants had the off-white eccentrics - they were made of a tougher plastic (seems like the same material that the 'whisper' gears were made of?) to keep the belt adjustment consistant - with these there was no need to swap to alloy ones

Doing a bit of surfing around the net, I found this picture which shows exactly the upright holders (yoke?) that I have, although mine are in much poorer condition.

Anyone recognise where the part is from?

Associated RC10, both Hub and steering block (and shock). RC10 Hub carrier parts are (maybe) used because they allow different caster angles.

Check the thread. I think he has the same uprights and hubs but not the actual cougar pictured, right?
