My "baby" from waaaaay back when!

This is my baby from way back: Bullet graphite trailing arm chassis with A&L Lethal Weapon (Ver 1) with slipper clutch. Yes, it has truck tires on it as that was the last class I ran at my now gone track. Thinking about throwing a mild (or so) brushless combo in it and have some fun. I'll stick my buggy tires back on it though as the Losi truck wheel combo "worked" but it was less than ideal; it's about the only choice I had at the time back then...
Just thought I'd share... Brought back some awesome memories from back in the day!
*NOTE* Sorry about the less than stellar pics and the dirty ride; I was pressed for time but couldn't pass up not taking pics!

Welcome to the board. That's an interesting rig. Definitely a combination I haven't seen before.

That is an interesting setup. Did you win in the truck class with it?

Just came across this old thread. I remember the Bullet graphite trailing arm cars from their adds in RCCA. I didn't realise you could run telescoping driveshafts on an A&L transmission. Very cool!

a few companies made yokes that slid into the outdrives and held in place with a screw. that gave you the ability to attach the slider shafts.

I never saw this thread either. It's nice to see some old Bullet stuff. My current race car uses the trailing arms. I've get spares if you ever need one. Bullet had an insert that slid into the standard outdrive on cars that didn't allow the outdrive cup to be removed. I don't think there are any old ones left in the box of parts but I'll look someday.
