OOOOOFFFF course. Oh well. I don't think there is much difference in the SV1 vs SV2 as long as I'm sticking to 2s lipo's, so it is what it is......

X2. I am set for controllers and motors for a while.

I just bought some of the clearance stuff. I guess I will need to make some runners to put it all in.

If someone had enough time they could buy a bunch of this and after the sale has been gone awhile part it out for some decent money.

Johnny, I just picked up the V1 sidewinder with the 4600kV motor. It's supposed to be roughly equivalent to a 12turn brushed motor. I figure that is hot enough for me to bash around. SO the V2 deal with the 4600kV motor, unless you wanna go hotter.

All are good, but for the price the Pro controller can also do sensored motors as well. Not to mention any number of cells you would ever want to throw at it. The 4-pole 4600kv motor should be more than enough for those cars, but for $40 a 5700kv is not bad for bolder projects. Those motors alone have been selling for close to $100.

Ahhhh! What happened to the link? Did they sell out? I wanted to order an SV2 combo for my brother's Axial.

Probably died along with all the Black Friday hooplah. They'll probably run another sale soon. I think they're secretly trying to keep up with the HK companies, but calling them "sales" until the market shifts back into their favor. That's just my theory though...

My order managed to slip through the cracks and my SV2/4600 combo is on the way. The lady from Castle told me that they received more than 1200 orders during that sale and that's why the processing and shipping has been slow.

Luckily I added one to my cart when I first saw the link in this thread. And it was still there after the sale had ended and I got it for the discounted price.

This will probably be going in my brother's Axial SCX10 I got him for Christmas...unless I decide to keep it.
