How do i get the bushings out of these without destroying the bell cranks...I have tried with no luck...If anyone has some with ballbearings and they want to trade for these i will be glad to swap...I have little to no tools so that is why i am having issues with them...Or it could be just me...They are in like new condition...If you can get them out i will mail them to you and maybe a buck or 2 for the service...Just let me know...

Try heating them in an oven and they should just fall out.

350 deg for 20 min.

just get them good and hot and not with a torch you want even heat so it won't discolor.

The best way to remove bushings is to press them out you can also tap them out with a hammer. You will need to find something that will be the same outer diameter as the bushing and then tap them out from the back side of the bellcrank. I would also recommend placing the bell cranks on a block of wood with a hole drilled in it to allow the bushing to fall thru. Hope this helps.

And in the end a pair of wire cutters did the trick lol...The sharp edges got underneath the lip or flange and i was able to yank them out...Now to watch SOA and off to bed lol...Thanks for the replies fellas...
